Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached – just like when it left our tropical warehouse!
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on rhinestone flip flops that show signs of wear or have been tried on outdoors. These cheeky accessories are yours to keep once you’ve taken them for a test walk!
How to Return Your Items
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Email Us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return/exchange (use our handy template below!)
- We’ll email you a prepaid return label if you’re in the US (international returns are subject to shipping fees)
- Package your items securely in the original packaging
- Attach the return label and drop off at your nearest DHL/FedEx location
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 business days
Refund Information
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International customers may be subject to customs fees that we cannot refund
- Exchanges are free for size changes (same style/color) within the US

Exchange Shipping
Exchanges ship within 3 business days after we receive your return. US exchanges ship free, while international exchanges require payment of new shipping fees. We’ll notify you when your new cheeky bikini bottoms or high-waisted beauties are on their way!
